1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all FlowForm products. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at info@getflowform.co and we will issue a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
You must contact us at info@getflowform.co with your order number
Refunds apply to the product price only — original shipping charges are non-refundable
Opened or used products are eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee
After 30 days we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges

3. Subscription Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@getflowform.co
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods
The 30-day money back guarantee applies to your first subscription order only

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getflowform.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Original shipping charges
Orders outside the 30-day window
Subscription renewals after the first order
